Victor Morales is founder and president of the Cityscapes Group. A graduate of the Boston Architectural Center (B,Arch) with over 20 years of experience in Architecture, Planning, and Urban Design. In 1992 Victor attended the post graduate program at the University of Miami, in Suburb and Town Design, incorporating the principles of "new urbanism". As a partner in Urbaniza, a planning and development consulting firm Victor produced master plans and neighborhood studies in South Florida in settings ranging from nearly rural to high density. Clients included community development organizations, government agencies and private clients.
In 1997 Victor founded the Cityscapes Group and has completed work from Master Plans to individual new buildings, restorations, and adaptive reuse. The firms work has solidified the commitment to urban redevelopment and especially infill mixed use projects.
Victor Morales is licensed as an architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
