We are unique in offering small groups, personal attention to each child, and in our use of art and music to focus on each child's physical and social development.
We have structured our programs such that children learn as much as they want, and as much as they can, but at the same time we do not overload them with information. We keep learning fun.
GYM program for children incorporates elements of fitness, gymnastics, aerobics, yoga, stretching, music and more. It improves the immune system as well as helping to build a strong physical foundation for team sports activities they may pursue in the future.
Art program for children includes drawing, painting, and collage. It helps to develop a child's awareness, appreciation, and sensitivity as well as encouraging self expression and artistic development.
In Music program for children explores world music including rhythm, dance, singing, and playing piano and violin. Your child will build a strong foundation to pursue a formal musical education if they wish, as well as simply learning to enjoy music.
Shape Your Body fitness program for adults is designed to help you improve your health and self-esteem by increasing your strength, endurance, agility, balance, coordination, and performance, thus improving your energy level, and over-all physical fitness. Our programs for adults are fun too!
Our staff is Certified.
All classes are available in English, Russian and Hebrew.
