 Fein Academy LLC Fein Academy has created these programs to help families get fit in a fun way! With our diverse expertise and joyful spirit, we will have your whole family in shape and feeling great.
We will develop unique workouts for you and your family that incorporate elements of dance, sport, aerobics, yoga, stretching and self-defense.
These routines, tailored to your needs and preferences, provide the fastest, most enjoyable path to having and maintaining health and energy.
The Fein Academy Kids Sport Adventure program provides classes designed to increase self-esteem, increase strength and endurance, improve agility, balance & coordination, prevent sport related injuries, enhance kids’ cognitive ability and build a sense of “team” through partner and group exercises. Our workouts are self-paced, individually challenging and a lot of fun!
The Fein Academy Kids Art Adventure program provides classes for children to help them in exploring the drawing, painting, gluing and other arts. These classes help to develop awareness, appreciation, and sensitivity as well as encourage self expression and artistic development. Our classes develop self-confidence, independent thinking, and problem solving skills. They develop abilities to focus and concentrate.
The Fein Academy Kids Music program provides classes for children to help them in exploring the music world, rhythm, dance and singing.
The Fein Academy Baby Yoga program provides classes of creative movement and music for mammy and child, with emphasis on developing body awareness, motor development and music appreciation. This class will help to build a contact and understanding between you and your baby.
