| Buyer Beware is the perfect decsription of Cohen Fashion Optical.
Even when asking about the restrictions in a "promotional offer" you will not realize the inferior quality of the product you purchased until its too late. There is NO disclosure.
The manager will not disclose his name to you--first name only! There is good reason why there are large print signs around the shop---NO REFUNDS (I recommend you take those signs seriously.)
I am starting my complaints by contacting state office consumer division and the media to warn the public of this company's harmful business practices.
