The Law Offices of Szostkiewicz & Thorn first opened its doors in February of 2004. However, the three attorneys in the practice came together with over fifteen years of prior legal experience, primarily in the area of divorce and family-related law, including special education advocacy.
Because this is a small law firm, our attorneys make it a point to provide our clients with the personal, one-on-one attention they need and deserve.
If our clients need to speak with our attorneys or meet with them at night or on the weekends, we are there for them. We manage our caseloads to insure that our clients never lose this personal connection with their attorneys. No problem is too big or too small for us.
We represent clients across the country and around the world who have legal matters pending in the probate and family courts of Western Massachusetts, namely, Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, Worcester and Berkshire Counties.
When you are represented by Szostkiewicz & Thorn, if possible, we ask the courts to waive your appearance in the courtroom, saving you tremendous time and expense and unnecessary travel back to Western Massachusetts and we litigate your case here for you. In addition, we offer our out-of-state clients flat fee structures as well as hourly rates, so you can decide which will be more affordable and cost effective for you.
