Customer service and satisfaction are our top priority. There is a No Haggle - No Hassle policy: items are marked at the lowest possible selling price so that everyone gets the best deal that the store can offer on every purchase.

Item must be in good condition and be accompanied by original sales receipt
Sales tax, special orders and shipping cost ($25 for Internet orders over $200) are not included.
Layaway: 10% Down - 10% Per Week 10 Week Time Limit - NO INTEREST
No Refund of deposit after 7 days of the first down payment, Merchandise Credit only.
If 2 consecutive payments are missed the item will be taken off of layaway and the deposit will become merchandise credit.
Special Orders Any item not in store stock is considered a Special Order.
All special orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit. If you do not like the item, you will be refunded all but the 20% deposit & shipping cost. If the instrument is damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it with the same model and color item.
