Pioneer Valley Dental Arts
Mission Statement
Pioneer Valley Dental Arts is dedicated to providing state of the art aesthetic and restorative dentistry in a modern, hygienic, and comfortable atmosphere.
Mark W. Evans, D.M.D.
Dr. Evans has been in private practice since 1985. He received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and then completed a one-year advanced training residency at Worcester City Hospital. His undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Biology, is from Springfield College.
He is a board member for the dental assisting program at Porter and Chester Institute and provides clinical instruction for dental assisting students through the internship program. Dr. Evans has been an active community volunteer coaching youth soccer and track and field for many years.
Derrick F. Ziemba, DMD
Dr. Derrick F. Ziemba was born in the Pioneer Valley before moving to a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. He returned to the east coast to attend Providence College where he graduated with a B. S. in Biology, B.A. in Chemistry and a Business Studies certificate. Next, he went on to earn his Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Ziemba completed a General Practice Residency at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. During this year long program he learned the relationship between dental health and overall medical health in patients.
Each year Dr. Ziemba attends numerous hours of Dental continuing education to keep up with the newest technology, techniques and procedures.
Saundra B. Reilly, DMD
Dr. Reilly has been in private practice since 1986. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Textile and Science with a B.S. in Life Science. She received her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1985. Dr. Reilly went on to do a general practice residency at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut.
