Associated Early Care and Education

Associated's Department of Quality Assurance has worked to support accreditation of early childhood programs in Boston, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Revere, Medford and Winthrop. We are celebrating ten years of accreditation support to center-based programs and five years of accreditation facilitation to family child care providers. We provide early child care and education programs the support necessary to enhance the quality of their services to children and families.
We offer a variety of child care services:

group care for infants, toddlers and preschoolers,
family child care for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and
specialized services for abused and/or neglected infants and toddlers.
More than 60% of the families that we serve earn less than $15,000 per year. Because affordable child care is critical to these families, our organization works hard to keep tuition costs at a minimum.
Founded in 1878, Associated Early Care and Education is New England's first child care and early education agency.
We pay particular attention:

to each child's physical, intellectual, and social development, health and nutrition;
to environments that best respond to the needs of the children, their families and their care providers; and
all of Associated's programs meet or exceed the standards of the OCCS for teacher/child ratio and group size. Additionally, all of our center-based programs are accredited by, National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
