Media Concepts
Since we only videotape one wedding per day, we are free to travel to all parts of Eastern New England including the South Shore, Cape Cod, the North Shore, the Worcester area, the Providence/Newport area and Southern New Hampshire.
A additional fee will be charged for downtown Boston events and travel requiring an overnight stay.
In addition, we limit the number of weddings we do to no more than 20-25 per year. We are not a "wedding video factory" and want to give each wedding the attention to detail it deserves while at the same time delivering your wedding to you in only 6-10 weeks.
Our History
Media Concepts (formally Dynamic Video Productions) was formed in 1981 by owner Joe Goldsberry. Joe has an extensive background in video production having worked as the Director of Video Services at the Massachusetts Department of Education for 16 years. Joe has also worked as a TV news videographer. His video has been on virtually all of the Boston TV news stations. Joe's video work has also been seen on ESPN, Fox Sports, CNN, Bloomberg, and NES Communication Services.
Joe has personally videotaped hundreds of weddings. "It's very important that the person taping your wedding has a lot of experience", says Joe. "Weddings are one of the most challenging events to shoot properly. Circumstances can change at a moment's notice, and you must constantly be aware of what is going on and instantly adapt to the situation. After all, you're capturing a once-in-a-lifetime event, and you have only one chance to get it right."
Our Philosophy
My philosophy in covering weddings is to remain an unobtrusive observer of the day's events and not try to "take-over" or orchestrate the activities. I take a cinematic/documentary style approach to your video which we feel most accurately captures the sights, sounds and emotions of your special day. Every wedding is different, and we want your wedding video to be something which is uniquely your own.
